【摘要】： 计算机犯罪是一种新型的犯罪类型,本文对计算机犯罪的犯罪学分析主要包括以下几个方面:其一,计算机犯罪的现状,主要阐述了计算机犯罪具有普遍性、社会危害具有特殊性。其二,计算机犯罪的特征,主要论述了犯罪主体智能化;犯罪方法技术化;犯罪过程虚拟化;侵犯客体多样化,犯罪结果扩大化,社会危害严重化,犯罪黑数高值化。其三,计算机犯罪的分类、原因及对策。
