【摘要】：未成年人违法犯罪是一种复杂的社会现象，它不仅严重危害了社会秩序，扰乱了经济建设与社会发展，也严重影响到未成年人的健康成长。未成年人违法犯罪包括违反《刑法》与《治安管理处罚条例》的行为，也包括未成年人的不良行为与严重不良行为。总的说来，未成年人违法犯罪是其社会化过程中出现的缺陷与不足所致。学校在未成年人的社会化过程中起了举足轻重的作用。预防未成年人违法犯罪是个社会系统工程，需要学校、家庭、社会的共同努力，其中学校教育起到关键性的作用。由于我们在学校教育内容、教育方法、和教育态度以及学校管理工作存在着一些缺陷与不足，它严重影响了未成年人的社会化过程，，并对未成年人的违法犯罪起到一定的诱因作用。本人就现阶段我国中小学学校教育的一些失误对未成年人违法犯罪的诱发作用与如何通过改进学校教育与管理来减少未成年人违法犯罪做出一系列探索与思考。文章共分为四个部分：第一部分，对未成年人违法犯罪的范围进行界定与概括了我国未成年人违法犯罪的特点。第二部分，阐述了学校教育的职责及它在预防未成年人违法犯罪中的作用。第三部分，阐述了学校教育的一些失误诱发未成年人违法犯罪，这些学校教育失误主要表现为：师生关系互动不良、应试教育、学校违纪处分、辍学、心理健康教育空白等等。第四部分，为了巩固学校这块培养教育未成年人的阵地，加强学校
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency is a complicated social phenomenon, which not only seriously endangers social order, but also disturbs economic construction and social development. It also seriously affects the healthy growth of minors. Juvenile delinquency includes violations of the Criminal Law and the regulations on Administrative penalties for Public Security, as well as acts of misconduct and serious misconduct by minors. Generally speaking, Juvenile delinquency is the result of defects and deficiencies in the process of socialization. Schools play an important role in the process of socialization of minors. Prevention of juvenile delinquency is a social system engineering, which needs schools.
