【摘要】：作为人民民主专政重要工具的公安机关 ,要迎接知识经济的挑战 ,建设强大的公安队伍和强有力的公安工作 ,更好地服从服务于经济建设这个中心 ,就必须全力实施科教强警战略。在指导思想上 ,必须充分认识科教强警的紧迫性。在工作实践中 ,必须提高公安科技含量和公安民警整体文化科技素质。在吸纳人才上 ,必须不拘一格选人才。在结构布局上 ,必须坚持科技与教育一起抓。实施科教强警战略应注意把握抓思想认识 ,抓统筹规划 ,抓战役推动 ,抓人才培养 ,抓资金投入。发挥最大效益 ,取得最大效果。
[Abstract]:As an important tool of the people's democratic dictatorship, the public security organs should meet the challenge of knowledge economy, build a strong public security contingent and powerful public security work, and better serve the center of economic construction.We must carry out the strategy of strengthening the police through science and education.In guiding ideology, we must fully understand the urgency of strengthening the police through science and education.In practice, it is necessary to improve the scientific and technological content of public security and the overall cultural and technological quality of the police.In the absorption of talent, we must not stick to the selection of talents.In the structural layout, we must adhere to science and technology and education together.In carrying out the strategy of strengthening the police through science and education, we should pay attention to grasping the understanding of ideas, planning as a whole, promoting campaigns, cultivating talents and paying attention to the investment of funds.Give full play to the maximum benefit and obtain the greatest effect.
