完善渎职侵权罪案侦查机制的设想

【摘要】：现有的渎职、侵权罪案以基层检察院查办为主，分州市院提办、交办、督办为辅。这种侦查机制的缺陷是，，不利于帮助基层院排除阻力，不利于突破案件等。完善的基本思路是，强化分州市院查办案件的责任和侦查指挥功能，形成上下一体、区域联动的工作机制。
[Abstract]:Existing dereliction of duty, tort crime to the grass-roots procuratorates mainly, sub-state hospital, assigned, supervision as a supplementary.The defects of this investigation mechanism are that it is unfavorable to help the grass-roots institutions remove resistance and break through cases.The basic idea of perfection is to strengthen the responsibility of investigating and handling cases and the investigation and command function of the courtyard of the sub-city so as to form a working mechanism of the integration of the upper and lower levels and the regional linkage.
