谈当前公安思想政治工作的着力点

【摘要】：当前公安思想政治工作的着力点应放在以下五个方面：一、树政工民警形象，努力使政工民警做到以理服人、以情暖人、以实干凝聚人、以公服人、以身正人；二、抓队伍素质提高，着力优化民警的知识结构、提高民警的思辨能力、增强民警的警务技能；三、创竞争激励环境，建立完善制度管理机制、目标责任机制、竞争上岗机制、监督制约机制、奖励机制；四、推公安先进典型，着眼群体效应，注重持之以恒，，力戒求全责备、形式主义、短期行为；五、办民警关心之事，在政治上关心民警的成长，在物质生活上努力解决民警的后顾之忧，在精神上注重培养民警的自豪感、责任感，注重引导和满足民警的文化需求。
[Abstract]:At present, the focus of the ideological and political work of public security should be laid on the following five aspects: first, to establish the image of the political workers' police, and to strive to make the political workers' police serve people with reason, warm people with feelings, unite people with deeds, serve people with public service, and be upright in body; second,To improve the quality of the contingent, to optimize the knowledge structure of the police, to improve the deliberative ability of the police, and to enhance the policing skills of the police; third, to create a competitive incentive environment, to establish and improve the system management mechanism, the target responsibility mechanism, and the competitive induction mechanism.Supervision and restriction mechanism, reward mechanism; fourth, the advanced model of public security, focusing on the group effect, paying attention to perseverance, forbearance and recrimination, formalism, short-term behavior; fifthly, doing matters of concern to the police, caring about the growth of the police politically,In material life, we should try our best to solve the worries of the police, pay attention to cultivating the pride and sense of responsibility of the police in spirit, and pay attention to guiding and meeting the cultural needs of the police.
