抓住机遇 锐意改革 开创刑事侦查工作新局面

【摘要】：公安部石家庄会议后，石柱县公安局党委抓住机遇，，多次研究，反复论证，不惜人力、财力、物力，排除各种阻力，克服各方面的困难，使刑侦体制改革获得成功，社会面控制能力大大提高。实践表明，达到了预期目的。存在问题：刑警数量、素质和装备还不完全适应工作需要；破案经费得不到充分保障；刑警中队在地域设置上还不尽合适；管理体制还有待进一步理顺。
[Abstract]:After the Shijiazhuang meeting of the Ministry of public security, the Party committee of the Shizhu County Public Security Bureau seized the opportunity and studied repeatedly, repeatedly demonstrating that the reform of the criminal investigation system was successful and the social control ability was greatly improved. The actual practice shows that the number of criminal police and the quality of the criminal police have been achieved. And the equipment does not fully meet the needs of the work; the outlay of the case is not fully guaranteed; the criminal police squadron is not suitable for the regional setup; the management system needs to be further straightened out.
