互联网安全防控体系刍议

【摘要】：社会治安防控体系要真正形成大治安格局,就必须对互联网上的安全和由网络经济引发的新情况新问题予以高度重视,建立互联网安全防控体系是网络经济形势发展的必然需要。我们认为构建网上安全防控体系应该树立一个思路、建立两层构架、抓好三大建设、达到四个目标。
[Abstract]:In order for the public security prevention and control system to truly form a large public security pattern, we must attach great importance to the security on the Internet and the new situation and problems caused by the network economy. It is necessary for the development of network economy to establish the system of Internet security prevention and control. We believe that the construction of network security prevention and control system should set up a train of thought, establish a two-tier framework, do a good job of three major construction, achieve four goals.
