【摘要】：正今年8月12日起,北京作为四个试点城市之一的6个车管所同时开始发放“二○○二”式车牌,引起了社会各界的热烈反响,投放第一天,就有2300多名车主申请到新车牌。有车族纷纷以拥有个性化车牌为荣。然而到8目21日,北京电视台播出一条消息:个性化车牌将暂停发放,车管所重新发放九二式车牌,车管所新旧车牌的交接工作马上停止。刚刚上演,即草草谢幕,如同一场闹剧。人们不禁要问,个性车牌,究竟怎么了?
