天津市交通管理优化研究

【摘要】：近年来，大型城市城镇化的飞速发展使得人民群众对交通的需求日益增加，突出了城市交通在供需两方面的矛盾。城市交通作为城市经济的生命线，只有保证其处于良性的可持续性的发展，才能更好的对城市经济的发展起到推动的作用。随着现代化进程的逐步推进，天津市社会经济水平不断提高，城市建设日新月异。特别是在“十一五”期间，天津市政府总共投入到用于提升城市基础设施建设的资金达到2540亿元。随着机动车数量的增长，交通流量也表现为大幅增加，虽然天津市道路交通建设在不断发展，但还是给城市交通秩序带来很大压力，使得我市的交通管理工作面临严峻挑战。为了更好地借鉴国内外其他城市交通管理的先进经验，使天津市的交通管理工作走上可持续发展的道路，就必须以未来为着眼点，引导近期发展为未来发展服务，妥善处理好交通资源与交通发展之间的关系，从而达到社会经济与社会交通的协调发展。本文在充分调研天津市交通秩序现状的基础上，以交通管理工作作为研究对象，阐述了天津市交通管理的现状、取得的成绩和存在的问题。通过对国内外其他城市优秀交通管理经验的借鉴，对天津市交通管理提出了改进的意见和优化方案，，从而达到提升道路通行条件，充分发挥道路作为城市交通载体的功能作用。本文通过理论分析和实地调研数据，探讨了改善天津市交通管理状况的具体方法。对于今后我市交通管理问题的研究具有一定的理论价值，相关意见的提出，也对交通管理部门制定管理策略有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization in large cities, the people's demand for transportation is increasing day by day, which highlights the contradiction between supply and demand of urban transportation. As the lifeline of urban economy, urban traffic can play a better role in promoting the development of urban economy only by ensuring its development in a benign and sustainable way. With the progress of modernization, the social and economic level of Tianjin keeps improving, and the city construction is changing with each passing day. In particular, during the 11th Five-Year Plan, the Tianjin municipal government invested 254 billion yuan in upgrading the city's infrastructure. With the increase of the number of motor vehicles, the traffic flow is also increasing significantly. Although the road traffic construction in Tianjin is developing, it still brings great pressure to the urban traffic order, which makes the traffic management in our city face severe challenges. In order to better draw lessons from the advanced experience of other cities at home and abroad and make Tianjin's traffic management work on the road of sustainable development, it is necessary to focus on the future and guide the recent development to serve the future development. Properly deal with the relationship between traffic resources and traffic development, so as to achieve the coordinated development of social economy and social transportation. On the basis of investigating the present situation of traffic order in Tianjin and taking traffic management as the research object, this paper expounds the present situation, achievements and existing problems of traffic management in Tianjin. Based on the experience of excellent traffic management in other cities at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some suggestions and optimization schemes for traffic management in Tianjin, so as to improve the road traffic conditions and give full play to the function of roads as a carrier of urban traffic. Based on the theoretical analysis and field investigation data, this paper discusses the concrete methods to improve the traffic management situation in Tianjin. It is of certain theoretical value for the future study of traffic management in our city. The relevant opinions are also of certain reference significance to the traffic management department to formulate the management strategy.
