【摘要】： 本文坚持辩证唯物主义的观点和方法，，以科学求实的态度，通过研究贪污贿赂犯罪的概念、特征、发展动向及社会原因，有针对性地提出了控制贪污贿赂犯罪的对策。在目前的社会形势下，贪污贿赂犯罪继续滋长和蔓延，有其复杂的经济原因、政治原因和思想、文化、道德等社会意识形态方面的原因。因此，预防和控制贪污贿赂犯罪任重道远。本文在对诸多原因进行深入、全面、系统分析的基础上，根据我国目前贪污贿赂犯罪的特征和产生的根源，从消除其致病的根源入手，提出了控制贪污贿赂犯罪的控制对策，并从深化经济体制改革，加快政治体制改革，建立和健全监督体系，以及进一步加强社会主义法制建设等方面对控制贪污贿赂犯罪和作用进行了详细阐述。
[Abstract]:This paper insists on the viewpoint and method of dialectical materialism, and by studying the concept, characteristics, development trend and social reasons of the crime of corruption and bribery, puts forward the countermeasures to control the crime of corruption and bribery in a scientific and realistic manner. In the present social situation, the crime of corruption and bribery continues to grow and spread, there are complicated economic reasons, political reasons and ideological, cultural, moral and other social ideological reasons. Therefore, the prevention and control of corruption and bribery crime has a long way to go. On the basis of thorough, comprehensive and systematic analysis of many reasons, according to the characteristics and origin of corruption and bribery crime in our country at present, this paper puts forward the control countermeasures to control corruption and bribery crime from eliminating the root cause of its pathogenicity. It also expounds in detail the control of corruption, bribery and crime from the aspects of deepening the reform of the economic system, speeding up the reform of the political system, establishing and perfecting the supervisory system, and further strengthening the construction of the socialist legal system.
