【摘要】： 社区矫正代表着世界范围内行刑发展的潮流与趋势。在改革开放的社会大环境下,尽早开展社区矫正,大力推进我国的行刑改革,已是大势所趋。为此,2003年7月,我国已在部分地区先期开展了社区矫正试点工作。在此背景下,加强对社区矫正的理论探讨就显得更加紧迫而必要。本文旨在对社区矫正的思想演进、价值及我国开展社区矫正的社会基础等作系统而深入的探讨,并为我国社区矫正的模式建构建言献策。
[Abstract]:Community correction represents the trend and trend of execution in the world. Under the social environment of reform and opening up, it is the trend of the times to carry out community correction as soon as possible and vigorously promote the execution reform of our country. Therefore, in July 2003, our country has carried out pilot work of community correction in some areas. In this context, it is more urgent and necessary to strengthen the theoretical discussion of community correction. The purpose of this paper is to make a systematic and in-depth discussion on the ideological evolution, the value and the social basis of community correction in China, and to make suggestions for the construction of the mode of community correction in our country.
