【摘要】：本文阐述了建国以前和建国以后至今新疆大麻毒品问题的基本情况,近期新疆大麻毒品犯罪的主要特点,大麻毒品犯罪带来的社会危害以及禁止大麻毒品犯罪的一些对策等问题。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the basic situation of the problem of cannabis drugs in Xinjiang before the founding of the people's Republic of China, the main characteristics of the recent crime of cannabis drugs in Xinjiang, the social harm caused by the crime of cannabis drug and some countermeasures against the crime of cannabis drugs.
