越轨少年攻击行为及其干预研究

【摘要】: 本研究的目的在于去发现少年攻击行为的影响因素,并探索降低少年攻击行为的心理学途径。为此,在研究中,选择攻击行为发生频率较高的越轨少年群体为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方式,通过教师评价、同伴评价以及自我评价的方式来评估越轨少年的攻击水平,并对越轨少年的人格、父母教养方式、基本情况进行调查,探讨它们与攻击的关系。 另外,本研究还设计了一套团体训练的系列课程,对越轨少年的攻击行为进行干预。通过对干预组和非干预组越轨少年的攻击水平进行前测、后测以及追踪测量,评估团体训练对于降低越轨少年的攻击水平是否有效。 研究结果表明:(1)越轨少年的攻击行为受到其人格特征的影响,他们具有爱好交际,行为冲动,并且不计行为后果等行为特征;(2)攻击性越轨少年的父母都倾向于采用惩罚严厉的教养方式,,亲子之间的沟通、相互理解程度较差;(3)在同年级群体中年龄相对较大、学业成绩差、与社会青年交往、有不良行为、父母文化程度低的男性少年是产生攻击行为的高危人群;(4)越轨少年之间具有互动关系,其行为相互影响。个体攻击行为的增多会带动整个群体攻击行为的增多,个体攻击行为的减少会带动整个群体攻击行为的减少;(5)越轨少年的攻击行为是可以矫治的,团体训练是一种比较有效的方法。 根据上述研究结果,本研究认为:(1)越轨少年攻击行为产生的原因是多方面的,要预防青少年的攻击行为,父母、学校与社会几方面都要结合起来;(2)越轨少年的攻击行为是可以矫治的,学校和有关部门应当配备专门的心理辅导人员,设立专门的心理辅导课程,降低越轨少年的攻击行为。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to find out the influencing factors of juvenile aggression and to explore the psychological ways to reduce juvenile aggression. Therefore, in the study, the group of deviant teenagers with high frequency of aggressive behavior was chosen as the research object, and the level of aggression was evaluated by means of teacher evaluation, peer evaluation and self-evaluation. The personality, parental rearing style and basic situation of deviant teenagers were investigated and the relationship between them and aggression was discussed. In addition, a series of group training courses was designed to interfere with the offending behavior of deviant teenagers. Through the pre-test, post-test and tracking measurement of the offending juvenile's attack level in the intervention group and the non-intervention group, the effectiveness of group training in reducing the attacking level of the deviant juvenile was evaluated. The results show that the aggressive behavior of the deviant teenagers is influenced by their personality characteristics. They are sociable, impulsive and regardless of the consequences of their behavior. (2) parents of aggressive deviant teenagers tend to adopt severe punishment, communication between parents and children, and poor mutual understanding. 3) in the same grade group, they are relatively older, have poor academic performance, and interact with young people in society. The male adolescents with bad behavior and low education level of parents are the high risk group of aggressive behavior. (4) there is an interactive relationship between the deviant adolescents and their behaviors affect each other. The increase of individual attack behavior will lead to the increase of the whole group attack behavior, and the decrease of individual attack behavior will lead to the decrease of the whole group attack behavior. (5) the attacking behavior of deviant juvenile can be corrected. Group training is an effective method. According to the above research results, this study thinks that there are many reasons for the offending behavior of the deviant juvenile. To prevent the juvenile aggression, parents, schools and society should be combined; 2) the offending behavior of deviant juvenile can be corrected, the school and the relevant department should provide special psychological counsellors, set up special psychological counseling course, and reduce the attacking behavior of deviant juvenile.
