新型群体性事件:一项基于风险冲突的分析

【摘要】：随着近年来我国政府日益强调和谐社会的建设,传统的群体性事件逐渐减少。但是,社会客观上各种风险的增多和民众主观上对个体安全的日益重视,使得个体安全日益成为值得关注的社会问题,特别是通过风险生产、转嫁损害而谋取私利的现象,导致了风险分配不公和风险冲突,并日益成为新型群体性事件的重要原因。抑制风险生产、促进风险分配相对公正,可以有效缓解风险冲突和减少群体性事件的发生,并促进和谐社会建设的真正实现。
[Abstract]:With the increasing emphasis on the construction of a harmonious society in recent years, the traditional group events are gradually reduced. However, the increase of various kinds of risks objectively in society and the increasing attention of the public to individual security make individual security a social problem that deserves more and more attention, especially through risk production and the phenomenon of passing on damage for personal gain. It leads to unfair distribution of risk and conflict of risk, and has become an important cause of new type of group events. Restraining risk production and promoting relatively fair risk distribution can effectively mitigate the risk conflict and reduce the occurrence of group events and promote the real realization of the construction of a harmonious society.
