警察职业倦怠研究及其对策的探讨

【摘要】: 职业倦怠是近年来一个研究热点,它是指一种心理状态,包括情绪耗竭、人格解体和成就感降低。国内警察职业倦怠的研究刚刚起步,本研究的目的旨在了解当前我国警察职业倦怠的现状及其倦怠源情况,并在此基础上,探讨预防与缓解警察职业倦怠的对策,从而丰富警察职业倦怠理论,为预防与缓解警察职业倦怠提供可操作的建议。 本研究以警察为被试,对其进行问卷测量。通过对数据统计分析,得出以下结论: 1、从整体看,当前我国警察职业倦怠在情绪耗竭和成就感降低方面较为严重,而人格解体方面处于中等程度。 2、在人口统计学变量上,男女之间、不同警种之间在职业倦怠三个维度上无显著性差异;警龄不同的警察只在情绪耗竭上有显著性差异,警龄为10~19年的警察倦怠程度高于其它两个警龄段;婚姻状况不同的警察只在人格解体上有显著性差异,已婚警察倦怠程度高于未婚警察;学历水平不同的警察在成就感降低上有差异,但尚未达到显著性水平,高中及以下学历的警察与学历层次较高的警察相比,更易产生倦怠。 3、警察职业倦怠源与其职业倦怠之间存在着相关,具体表现为在情绪耗竭维度方面,工作环境、工作负荷、工作危险性与其呈较为显著的正相关;在人格解体维度方面,工作环境与其呈显著正相关;在成就感降低维度方面,工作负荷、社会支持与其相关。
[Abstract]:Job burnout is a hot research topic in recent years. It refers to a psychological state, including emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced sense of achievement. The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation and source of police job burnout in China, and on this basis, to explore the countermeasures to prevent and alleviate the police job burnout. In order to enrich the theory of police burnout and provide practical advice for preventing and alleviating police burnout. In this study, the police were investigated by questionnaire. Through the statistical analysis of the data, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, from the overall point of view, the current police burnout in emotional exhaustion and reduced sense of achievement is more serious; In terms of demographics, there was no significant difference between men and women in the three dimensions of job burnout. Police with different police age had significant difference in emotional exhaustion, the police burnout of 10 ~ 19 years was higher than that of the other two police age, and the police with different marital status only had significant difference in depersonalization. The degree of burnout of married policemen was higher than that of unmarried policemen, the difference of achievement sense was found among the policemen with different educational level, but not at the significant level. The police with high school education or below were compared with those with higher educational level. Third, there is a correlation between the source of police job burnout and their job burnout, which is manifested in the dimension of emotional exhaustion, work environment, work load. In the aspect of depersonalization, the work environment is positively correlated with the work risk, and the work load and social support are correlated with the reduced sense of achievement in the dimension of achievement.
