红色圆珠笔油墨的鉴别与分类研究

【摘要】: 在法庭鉴定和实际的案件侦破工作中,文件签字的真伪与书写时间的鉴定是很重要的内容之一。但是,由于油墨组成成分的复杂性及其测定的干扰性,可疑文件与墨水书写时间的鉴定仍然是当前法庭科学的难题之一。因此对笔中油墨种类鉴别的研究有其重要的意义,,本论文分六部分对红色圆珠笔油墨进行研究。 第一章介绍了油墨的分析、鉴定研究的进展,综述了近年来国内外可疑文件与墨水书写时间鉴定的发展与应用,所采用方法包括光谱法、色谱法、质谱法、色质联用技术等。 第二章简述了红色圆珠笔油墨的主要组分及采用的紫外可见光谱分析,根据紫外可见光谱图将其分为三类。 第三章利用电化学方法对红色圆珠笔油墨提取液进行分析,考察了底液及提取量的选择,根据极谱图将其分为四类。 第四章通过薄层色谱法对红色圆珠笔油墨提取液进行分析,根据油墨中不同的化学组分在薄层色谱测定中产生的斑点的个数、颜色以及比移值等的不同将红色圆珠笔分为八类,并讨论了展开剂的选择及影响展开结果的因素。 第五章用高效液相色谱法,选择了适当的提取剂和流动相条件,研究了重现性、检出限和纸张的影响,根据主要成分的色谱峰的保留时间对红色圆珠笔进行了再次分类,HPLC进一步区分了TLC不能区分的油墨。 第六章采用液相色谱-质谱对红色圆珠笔油墨提取液进行了分析,并剖析了TLC中的未知斑点和HPLC中的未知峰。这为红色圆珠笔的老化研究及书写时间鉴定打下了良好基础。
[Abstract]:In forensic identification and actual case detection, the authenticity of the document signature and the identification of the writing time are one of the most important contents. However, because of the complexity of the composition of the ink and the interference of the determination, the identification of the writing time of the suspicious documents and ink is still one of the difficult problems in the current forensic science. The research of class identification is of great significance. This paper is divided into six parts to study red ballpoint pen ink.
The first chapter introduces the analysis of ink, the progress of identification and research, and summarizes the development and application of the identification of suspicious documents and ink writing time at home and abroad in recent years. The methods used include spectroscopy, chromatography, mass spectrometry, and color and chromatograph.
The second chapter briefly describes the main components of the red ballpoint pen ink and the ultraviolet visible spectrum analysis, and divides them into three categories according to the ultraviolet visible spectrum.
In the third chapter, the extraction method of red ballpoint pen ink is analyzed by electrochemical method, and the choice of bottom liquid and extraction quantity is investigated. According to the polarographic chart, it is divided into four categories.
The fourth chapter analyzes the ink extraction liquid of red ball pen by thin layer chromatography. According to the number of spots, color and specific shift value of different chemical components in the thin layer chromatography, the red ballpoint pen is divided into eight categories, and the selection of the expansion agent and the factors affecting the expansion result are discussed.
In the fifth chapter, the appropriate extraction and mobile phase conditions were selected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The reproducibility, detection limit and the influence of paper were studied. The red ball pen was reclassified according to the retention time of the chromatographic peaks of the main components. HPLC further distinguished the inks indistinguishable from the TLC.
In the sixth chapter, the liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (liquid chromatography mass spectrometry) was used to analyze the ink extraction of the red ball pen, and the unknown spots in the TLC and the unknown peaks in the HPLC were analyzed, which laid a good foundation for the aging study and the writing time identification of the red ball point pen.
