准市民与中国社会治安综合治理

【摘要】：社会治安综合治理是中国社会主义特色的社会治安治理方式,通过整治社会治安,可以减少违法犯罪,为改革开放和四化建设创造良好的社会环境。对准市民这一群体的社会治安综合治理关系到农村社会的稳定与发展。因此,研究准市民犯罪的特点,健全各种社会治安治理组织,建立准市民违法犯罪监控系统,运用行政法律、文化教育等多种手段综合治理,是社会稳定的重要条件。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive management of social security is the mode of social security management with Chinese socialist characteristics. By renovating social security, we can reduce the illegal and criminal activities and create a good social environment for the reform and opening up and the construction of the four modernizations. The comprehensive management of public order for this group is related to the stability and development of rural society. Therefore, it is an important condition for social stability to study the characteristics of quasi-citizen crime, perfect all kinds of public security management organizations, establish a monitoring system of quasi-citizen illegal crime, use administrative law, culture and education and other means to comprehensively manage the crime.
