公安本科院校警察体育课程模式的研究

【摘要】: 当前社会暴力犯罪日益突出,警察执法环境不断恶化,流血事件时时发生,严峻的形势要求警察必须全面提升执法战斗能力。而警察体育课程改革是提高警察战斗力的关键,构建突出公安实战的警察体育课程模式是课程改革的重中之重。 文章采用文献资料、调查、统计、逻辑分析等研究方法,以我国公安本科院校警察体育课程为研究对象,对公安本科院校警察体育课程现状进行分析研究,发现课程模式偏向单一的传统模式;学科构建方面存在问题较多,表现为课程项目偏少,各课程间缺少有机的联系,组织形式保留着原教学班的授课制度,教学方法单一,缺少过程评价等;没有引入运动处方,并缺乏心理学知识的课程构建等问题。突显课程与公安实践的严重脱节,通过梳理改革的思路,结合当前公安本科院校的优势,整合出公安本科院校警察体育课程模式的构建方案,并指出未来警察体育课程的发展方向。旨在为我国公安院校警察体育课程体系的发展提供有益的参考。 文章主要研究结论; (1)警察体育课程模式是在警察体育实践中逐步形成实战为主,自主为辅的、相对稳定的、而又具有推广价值的特殊课程范式。包括理念更新、目标整合、学科构建、生理构建、心理构建等五方面内容。 (2)公安本科院校警察体育课程指导思想是以“从实战出发,练为战”、“健康第一”为主流指导思想,并呈现出多种思想并存的现象,有利于活跃教学,促进课程发展。 (3)公安本科院校警察体育课程目标基本符合新((纲要))的要求,便于课程实施。 (4)科学构建公安本科院校警察体育“立足实战、自主构建、立体运作”课程模式应以《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的颁布、公安实践工作与学生个性发展的需求以及建构主义的认知学习理论等为理论依掘,结合公安院校实际,及时更新课程理念,整合出课程培养目标,立足公安实战,科学地结合心理训练,围绕体育课堂教学、体育生活方式、校园体育文化三个方面实施课程教学,形成警察体育课程“半自主、一体化、三互动、三开放、三自治”的立体运作教学体系。该模式是实用、有效、可操作的个性化模式。 (5)警察体育课程模式多元化是课程改革发展的必然趋势。
[Abstract]:At present, violent crime is becoming more and more prominent, the environment of police law enforcement is deteriorating, and bloody events occur from time to time. The severe situation requires the police to enhance the law enforcement fighting ability in an all-round way. The reform of the police physical education curriculum is the key to improve the police combat effectiveness, and it is the most important part of the curriculum reform to construct the police physical education curriculum model to highlight the actual combat of the police. Based on the methods of literature, investigation, statistics, logic analysis and so on, this paper analyzes the present situation of police physical education courses in police colleges and universities in China. It is found that there are many problems in the subject construction, such as the lack of curriculum items, the lack of organic connection between courses, the retention of the teaching system of the original teaching class and the single teaching method in the form of organization. Lack of process evaluation, no introduction of exercise prescription, and lack of psychological knowledge of curriculum construction and so on. Highlighting the serious disconnection between the curriculum and the practice of public security, through combing the train of thought of the reform, combining the advantages of the current police undergraduate colleges and universities, integrating the construction scheme of the police physical education curriculum model of the police undergraduate colleges and universities. And points out the future police physical education curriculum development direction. The purpose is to provide a useful reference for the development of police physical education curriculum system in public security colleges and universities in China. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the model of police physical education curriculum is a special curriculum paradigm which is gradually formed in the practice of police sports, which is based on actual combat, supplemented by autonomy, relatively stable, and has the value of popularization. Including concept renewal, goal integration, subject construction, physiological construction, psychological construction and other five aspects. (2) the guiding ideology of police physical education course in police colleges and universities is "from actual combat, training for war", "health first" as the mainstream guiding ideology, and presents the phenomenon of coexistence of various ideas, which is conducive to active teaching and promoting curriculum development. (3) the objectives of police physical education curriculum in police colleges and universities basically meet the requirements of the new (outline) and are easy to implement. (4) the scientific construction of police physical education in public security colleges and universities should be based on actual combat, self-construction and three-dimensional operation. The model should be promulgated by "the guidance outline of physical Education Teaching in National General Colleges and Universities". The practical work of public security and the demand of students' personality development, as well as the constructivist cognitive learning theory are the basis of the theory, combined with the reality of the public security colleges and universities, timely and more new curriculum concepts, integrating the training objectives of the courses, and based on the actual combat of the public security. Scientifically combined with psychological training, curriculum teaching is carried out around three aspects: physical education classroom teaching, sports life style and campus sports culture, which forms the police physical education curriculum "semi-autonomous, integrated, three interactive and three open". The three-self-governing three-dimensional operation teaching system. The model is a practical, effective, operational personalization model. (5) the diversification of police physical education curriculum model is the inevitable trend of curriculum reform and development.
