试论我国保险诈骗犯罪的手段、特点及防范对策

【摘要】：保险诈骗是保险业中经常碰到的情况。保险诈骗分广义的保险欺诈和狭义的保险欺诈。本文着重对狭义的保险欺诈的犯罪手段及特点作了分析 ,提出了预防、惩治保险诈骗犯罪的对策 ,即 :加强对保险欺诈犯罪的法制宣传 ;认真核实保险标的资料 ;严格执行理赔程序 ;建立保险稽查制度 ,强化内部监管 ;建立举报奖励制度 ;树立严惩保险违法犯罪的观念等。
[Abstract]:Insurance fraud is a common situation in the insurance industry. Insurance fraud can be divided into insurance fraud in a broad sense and insurance fraud in a narrow sense. This paper focuses on the analysis of the criminal means and characteristics of insurance fraud in a narrow sense, and puts forward some countermeasures to prevent and punish the crime of insurance fraud, that is, to strengthen the legal propaganda of the crime of insurance fraud, to seriously verify the information of the subject matter insured, and to verify the information of the subject matter of insurance. Strictly carry out the claim settlement procedure, establish the insurance inspection system, strengthen the internal supervision, establish the report reward system, set up the concept of severely punishing the insurance crime, and so on.
