网上侦查工作探析

【摘要】：网上侦查是侦查人员利用计算机互联网进行网上查询、获取犯罪信息的方法。能存储大量犯罪信息的CCIC系统、多媒体信息通讯网、上网人数的广泛都是开展网上侦查工作的基础条件。网上侦查包括网上发动群众、分析案情、并案分析、追逃等。当然 ,网上追逃对CCIC系统、广泛利用知识资源、侦查人员素质方面有较高的要求
[Abstract]:Online investigation is a method for investigators to use computer Internet to query and obtain criminal information. The CCIC system, the multimedia information communication network and the wide number of Internet users are the basic conditions for the development of online investigation. Online investigation includes mobilizing the masses on the Internet, analyzing the case, chasing flight and so on. Of course, online flight has higher requirements for CCIC system, extensive use of knowledge resources and the quality of investigators.
