caspase-8在大鼠肌肉挫伤组织中的表达

【摘要】：目的通过研究肌肉挫伤与caspase-8表达的关系,探讨caspase-8能否作为诊断肌肉挫伤和推断肌肉挫伤时间的一个指标。方法建立大鼠骨骼肌挫伤模型。55只SD大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组。用免疫组化SP法观察大鼠肌肉挫伤后caspase-8蛋白表达的变化。结果随着损伤经过时间的延长,caspase-8蛋白表达强度以及阳性面积增加,损伤后30min出现阳性信号,1d达到高峰,5d后恢复正常表达水平。结论caspase-8的检测可作为诊断肌肉挫伤和推断肌肉挫伤时间的一项指标。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between muscle contusion and caspase-8 expression, and to explore whether caspase-8 can be used as an index to diagnose muscle contusion and infer the time of muscle contusion. Methods the rat model of skeletal muscle contusion was established. 55 SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The changes of caspase-8 protein expression after muscle contusion in rats were observed by immunohistochemical SP method. Results with the prolongation of injury time, the expression intensity and positive area of caspase-8 protein increased. The positive signal of 30min appeared after injury, reached the peak on the 1st day, and returned to the normal expression level after 5 days. Conclusion the detection of caspase-8 can be used as an index to diagnose muscle contusion and infer the time of muscle contusion.
