【摘要】：习近平治国理政的战略思想立足于马克思主义理论视域的基本价值诉求,彰显出中国共产党人坚定的宗旨意识和厚重的为民情怀,并基于矛盾的逻辑、问题的逻辑与实践的逻辑设计党和国家发展蓝图,谋划"新三步走"的战略图景、"五位一体"的总体布局、"四个全面"的战略布局等。中国改革开放已进入深水区,体制机制弊端与利益固化藩篱呈现出纷繁复杂的态势,这要求中国共产党人以"踏石留印、抓铁有痕"的使命意识冲破体制机制弊端与利益固化藩篱,以实干兴邦的精神与"虽千万人吾往矣"的政治胆识和领导魄力,基于顶层设计与"摸着石头过河"相结合的改革路径谋划新阶段党和国家事业的改革发展。
