【摘要】：民生是与人民群众的日常生活密切相关的实际问题,通常地表现在民众的衣食住行、医疗卫生等最基本的生活方面。民生问题是人民群众最基本的生活需求问题,是人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题,它直接反映着人民群众的生活质量,体现着人民群众具体的、长远的、根本的利益。民生是立国之本,事关一个国家的发展和政权的巩固。中国共产党自成立以来就十分重视并注重解决民生问题,始终坚持着“立党为公,执政为民”的执政理念,始终贯彻着“全心全意为人民服务”的根本宗旨。自党的十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央就一直极度关注并着力推进民生问题的解决。习近平将为人民服务作为自己的执政理念,把人民对美好生活的向往作为自己的奋斗目标,勇担重任,致力于解决老百姓的生活难题。为了更好地解决人民群众关心的民生问题,习近平顺应时代发展要求,创新民生思路,制定惠民政策,深化民生领域改革,集中精力解决人民群众最为关注的就业、住房、教育、社保、医疗、环境等问题,取得了一定的成效,体现了其民生思想的创新性、惠民性、全面性和发展性等鲜明的时代特征。习近平的民生思想是在继承、发展马克思主义的人本思想和中国共产党的民生思想,在扬弃中国古代的民本思想的理论基础上,在一系列艰苦充实的民生工作的实践中形成的大民生观,丰富了中国特色社会主义民生观,对我国以后的民生工作的开展和中国梦的实现具有重大的指导意义。
[Abstract]:People's livelihood is closely related to the daily life of the people, usually manifested in the people's clothing, food, housing and transportation. The most basic aspects of life such as medical and health. People's livelihood is the most basic living needs of the people, is the people's most concerned about, the most direct, the most realistic interests. It directly reflects the quality of life of the people, and reflects the concrete, long-term and fundamental interests of the people. It concerns the development of a country and the consolidation of political power. Since its establishment, the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to solving people's livelihood problems, and has always adhered to the ruling concept of "building the party for the common good and ruling for the people". The fundamental aim of "serving the people wholeheartedly" has been carried out all the time since the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has been extremely concerned about and vigorously promoted the solution of people's livelihood issues. Xi Jinping regards serving the people as his governing philosophy. Regard the people's yearning for a better life as their own goal to shoulder the heavy responsibility and devote themselves to solving the common people's difficult problems in life, in order to better solve the people's livelihood problems concerned by the masses. Xi Jinping complies with the requirements of the times, innovates the thinking of people's livelihood, formulates the policy of benefit to the people, deepens the reform in the field of people's livelihood, and focuses on solving the employment, housing, education, social security and medical care that the people are most concerned about. Environment and other issues, has achieved certain results, reflected its people's livelihood thought of innovation, benefit to the people, comprehensiveness and development and other distinct characteristics of the times. Xi Jinping's livelihood thought is inherited. The development of Marxist humanism and the Chinese Communist Party's thought of people's livelihood, on the basis of the theory of sublation of the Chinese ancient people-oriented thought, in a series of arduous and substantial livelihood work in the practice of the formation of the great outlook on people's livelihood. It enriches the outlook on the people's livelihood of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and has great guiding significance for the future development of people's livelihood work and the realization of Chinese Dream.
