“共享发展”的理念、实践与人类命运共同体的价值建构

【摘要】：新全球化时代,面对依然充满激烈矛盾和紧张冲突的并不安宁的当代世界,中国政府立足人类历史正道之公共价值的立场,着眼全人类根本的长远的利益和共同的公共性福祉,创造性地提出了"五大发展理念"以及"人类命运共同体"的理念和构想,这深刻体现了中国共产党人的远见卓识、世界情怀和责任担当,是其为全球治理和善治目标的实现,着眼人类社会的整体性发展所贡献的卓越的、具有文明新高度的"中国方案"和"中国智慧",为实质性地不断增进全人类共同的福祉、实现人类共同价值,吁求一个平等、正义、秩序的新的美好世界,提供了共同行动计划,指明了具体努力方向,勾划了一个可预期的理想远景。
[Abstract]:In the new era of globalization, in the face of the contemporary world, which is still full of intense contradictions and tense conflicts, the Chinese government is based on the position of public value in the right way of human history. In view of the fundamental long-term interests and common public welfare of all mankind, the author creatively puts forward the concepts and ideas of "five development concepts" and "human destiny community". This profoundly reflects the foresight, world feelings and responsibility of the Chinese Communists, and is an outstanding contribution to the realization of the goal of global governance and good governance and to the overall development of human society. The "China Program" and "Chinese Wisdom", which have a new height of civilization, appeal for a new and beautiful world of equality, justice and order in order to continuously enhance the common welfare of all mankind and realize the common values of mankind. It provides a common plan of action, points out the specific direction of the effort, and outlines an ideal and predictable vision.
