“人类命运共同体”视域下全球化与制度变迁的双向互动

【摘要】：作为全球交往秩序的中国想象和中国方案,"人类命运共同体"理念根植于中国特殊地理区位和中华优秀传统文化之中,并在全球化与地方性制度变迁的互动中逐步形成。在"人类命运共同体"视域下,全球化使世界各国的经济、政治、文化呈现出彼此交融、和合共存的多种样态:一方面,全球化对地方性制度变迁具有规制作用;另一方面,地方性制度变迁又对全球化形成倒逼机制。由此,全球化引导制度变迁,制度变迁展现全球化成果,两者共同作用于中国特色社会主义的伟大实践。
[Abstract]:As the Chinese imagination and plan of global communication order, the concept of "human destiny community" is rooted in China's special geographical location and Chinese excellent traditional culture. And gradually formed in the interaction between globalization and local institutional changes. Under the vision of "the Community of Human fate", globalization makes the economy, politics and culture of all countries blend with each other. On the one hand, globalization plays a regulatory role in the changes of local institutions; On the other hand, the local institutional change forms the reverse mechanism to the globalization. Thus, the globalization guides the institutional change, and the institutional change shows the fruits of globalization, both of which act together on the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
