构建数字共融社会的机遇和挑战——英国个案研究

【摘要】：通过分析结合英国近年来数字共融文献,以及实地的人文学考察,分析英国政府在消除数字不平等所采取的举措,从英国政府数字共融战略的宏观政策和微观实践两方面,来考量在构建数字共融社会中政府面临的机遇和挑战,希望对英国的案例分析,为中国在相关数字政策的制定和实施层面有所借鉴。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the measures taken by the British Government to eliminate the digital inequality through the analysis of the literature on digital inclusion in recent years in the United Kingdom and the field study of human literature. From the macro policy and micro practice of the digital inclusion strategy of the British government, this paper considers the opportunities and challenges faced by the government in the construction of a digital inclusive society, and hopes to analyze the case study of the United Kingdom. For China in the relevant digital policy formulation and implementation of the level of reference.
