【摘要】：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是一个博大精深的科学体系,"四个全面"是这一科学体系的重要内容。这一科学体系是以坚持和发展中国特色社会主义为主题展开的,"四个全面"是在新的时代条件下坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的战略布局;这一科学体系是以实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦为战略目标的,"四个全面"是实现这一战略目标的战略布局;这一科学体系是以"五位一体"为总体布局的,"四个全面"是统筹推进社会主义经济、政治、文化、社会和生态文明协调发展的战略布局;这一科学体系是以"五大发展理念"为战略引领的,"四个全面"是全面实现创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享发展的必然选择和重要保障;这一科学体系是以"坚持以人民为中心"为根本政治立场和价值追求的,"四个全面"全方位地贯彻和体现了"以人民为中心的发展思想"。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is a broad and profound scientific system. "four aspects" is an important part of this scientific system, which is based on the theme of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. "four All-round" is the strategic layout of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics under the new era. The goal of this scientific system is to realize the goal of "two hundred years" and Chinese Dream, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and "four all-round" is the strategic layout to realize this strategic goal. The overall layout of this scientific system is "five in one", and "four all-round" is the strategic layout to promote the harmonious development of socialist economy, politics, culture, society and ecological civilization as a whole; This scientific system is guided by the "five development concepts", and "four all-round" is the inevitable choice and important guarantee to realize innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing development in an all-round way. This scientific system is based on the fundamental political stand and value pursuit of "adhering to the people as the center", and the "four comprehensive" all-round implementation and embodiment of the "people-centered development thought".
