智慧养老服务的国家战略需求和关键科学问题

【摘要】：本文基于双清论坛"数据驱动的养老服务资源组织与管理机制创新"的讨论内容,从养老服务的内涵与社会需求、我国养老服务(包括养老生活服务与健康服务)社会化发展面临的挑战、数据驱动的智慧养老服务发展与国家战略等方面总结了我国智慧养老服务及其资源组织的背景和发展现状;并从服务模式与服务创新设计、服务参与者行为与选择、养老服务的质量管理、智慧养老服务企业的运营管理和养老服务的数据采集处理与应用方法等方面回顾了智慧养老服务资源组织与管理机制等国内外研究进展;进而提出了促进以物联网、云计算、大数据为基础的智慧健康养老产业与事业发展的主要研究方向和关键科学问题,包括智慧养老服务模式与服务资源组织、数据驱动的养老服务质量管理、数据驱动的养老服务运营管理和健康养老大数据共享融合机制等。
[Abstract]:Based on the discussion of "Innovation of organization and management mechanism of data-driven old-age service resources", this paper discusses the connotation and social demand of old-age service. The challenges faced by the socialized development of old-age services (including old-age services and health services) in China, This paper summarizes the background and development status of intelligent old-age service and its resource organization in China from the aspects of data-driven intelligent pension service development and national strategy, and summarizes the service model and service innovation design, service participant behavior and choice, etc. In this paper, the quality management of endowment service, the operation management of intelligent old-age service enterprises and the data collection, processing and application methods of old-age service are reviewed, and the research progress in the field of resource organization and management of intelligent old-age service is reviewed at home and abroad. Furthermore, it puts forward the main research directions and key scientific issues to promote the development of intelligent and healthy pension industry and career based on the Internet of things, cloud computing and big data, including the mode of intelligent old-age service and the organization of service resources. Data-driven pension service quality management, data-driven pension service management and health pension big data sharing fusion mechanism.
