特朗普现象与美国青年激进政治态度生成机制分析

【摘要】：特朗普现象并不单指特朗普"出人意料"地当选美国总统,而是对2008年经济危机后一系列颠覆以往的民粹浪潮推动之下事件的统称。青年的激进政治态度不但体现在用选票表达不满,更体现在对社会现状的不满,其根源是自20世纪70年代以来延续至今并被2008年经济危机激化的社会不平等问题,核心是分配的失灵。在一个阶层、地域分裂的社会,美国青年的激进政治态度也呈现阶层和地域分布特征。自20世纪80年代全球化时代开启,借助资本的全球化和互联网革命推动了西方经济的稳定增长,延缓了西方社会的危机,但是原有的分配失灵随着传统产业的衰落和新兴产业对学历、技能更高的要求,让不平等更加加剧,2008年经济危机让西方社会的危机更加台面化,社会底层和刚刚踏入社会的青年群体对现状的不满,正在酝酿社会内部的巨大变迁,并进而影响到国际格局的变化,这既是对西方战后70年制度的嬗变,也是对战后格局的嬗变。
[Abstract]:The Trump phenomenon is not just about Trump's "unexpected" election as president of the United States. It is a general term for events driven by a series of populist waves that overturned the past after the economic crisis of 2008. The radical political attitude of young people is reflected not only in the use of votes to express dissatisfaction, but also in their dissatisfaction with the current social situation. Its root causes are social inequalities that have persisted since 1970s and have been exacerbated by the economic crisis of 2008, the core of which is the failure of distribution. The radical political attitude of American youth is also characterized by class and regional distribution. Since the era of globalization began in 1980s, the globalization of capital and the Internet revolution have promoted the stable growth of the western economy and delayed the crisis of the western society. But with the decline of traditional industries and the rising demands of higher qualifications and skills in traditional industries, the original distribution failure exacerbated inequality. In 2008, the economic crisis made the crisis in western society more pervasive. The dissatisfaction of the underclass and the young groups who have just entered the society with the present situation is brewing a great change within the society and then affecting the change of the international structure, which is not only the evolution of the system in the 70 years after the war in the West, It is also the evolution of postwar pattern.
