大学生网络公共参与的政治学分析

【摘要】：21世纪是一个桌面互联网和移动互联网高速发展的新世纪。人类社会紧跟互联网发展趋势,在行为方式、社会结构和参与路径等方面都发生了诸多变化。网络已经成为推动我国经济和社会管理变革的一种潜在力量源。日益普及的互联网技术在社会政治、文化、经济等各领域的应用范围与深度正在逐步拓宽。同时,大学生的政治参与行为也在经受着网络的洗礼和考验。笔者认为,应该将大学生在网络化时代的政治参与现状及存在的问题作为研究的一个主要方面,予以更多关注。在政治生活方面,微博、微信等新兴即时移动通讯工具以其便捷和快速的特点迅速成为了当前大学生网络政治参与的新载体。这些新媒体的出现,在丰富大学生网络政治参与路径的同时,也给他们的参与过程带来了不小的困惑,正在影响着大学生网络政治参与的良性发展。针对参与过程中出现的问题,笔者一方面对大学生网络政治参与进行规范性治理的必要性、基本原则、主要特点和推进路径进行了阐述；另一方面,从参与主体层面、网络舆论层面、法制建设层面对大学生如何在网络时代进行更规范、更理性的表达利益诉求展开具体对策分析。
[Abstract]:21th century is a new century with the rapid development of desktop Internet and mobile Internet. Many changes have taken place in the social structure and the path of participation. The Internet has become a potential source of power to promote economic and social management change in our country. At the same time, the political participation behavior of college students is also undergoing the baptism and test of the network. We should pay more attention to the status quo and existing problems of college students' political participation in the networked era. In political life, Weibo, WeChat and other new instant communication tools have become a new carrier of college students' network political participation because of its convenient and rapid characteristics. The emergence of these new media, while enriching the path of college students' network political participation, It also brings a lot of confusion to their participation process, which is affecting the benign development of college students' network political participation. In view of the problems in the process of participation, On the one hand, the author expounds the necessity, basic principles, main characteristics and the way of promoting the normative governance of college students' network political participation; on the other hand, from the participation subject level, the network public opinion level, On the level of legal system construction, the author analyzes how college students express their interests more rationally and normatively in the network age.
