卢龙县农村养老模式改进研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,伴随我国医疗体制的改革和医疗水平的提高,老年人的健康水平不断提高,中国老龄化速度持续加快。本文旨在通过文献分析、理论研究和比较研究,深入分析卢龙县农村养老模式,挖掘出卢龙县农村养老模式发展现状和问题,提出适合本地区经济发展状况的农村养老模式,并提出符合实际的建议。本文的研究能够为卢龙县农村老年人事业的发展提供理论参考和重要的实践指南,同时也为其他地区农村养老问题的解决提供了有益的借鉴。本文首先全面阐述了研究的背景、理论和实践意义,系统梳理了国内外研究现状,夯实了论文基础;其次,结合自己的工作实际和借鉴学术界的研究成果,运用文献资料分析法、理论分析与实证分析相结合的办法、比较分析法以及个案研究法的研究方法,通过实地调查走访,了解到当前卢龙县的农村养老方式主要有家庭养老、机构养老、社会化养老和居家养老四种模式;然后,通过对卢龙县农村养老模式现状分析出当前卢龙县农村养老模式存在的五大问题;最后,根据卢龙县农村的实际情况对农村养老模式提出四条改进建议,着重提出大力发展居家养老模式,同时创新性的提出居家养老市场化和专业化,并注重精神养老。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and the increasing of people's living standards, with the reform of our medical system and medical level, the level of health of the elderly continue to improve, China aging speed continues to accelerate. This paper through literature analysis, theoretical research and comparative research, in-depth analysis of the Lulong County Rural Pension Model, dig out the current situation and problems of Lulong county rural old-age model development, put forward rural pension model for the economic development of the region, and put forward practical suggestions. This study can provide a theoretical reference and practical guide for the development of Lulong county rural elderly services, but also provides a useful reference for solving the problem of rural pension in other areas. This paper first introduced the research background, theoretical and practical significance, systematically summarizes the research status at home and abroad, and The foundation; secondly, based on his own experience and learn from academic research results, using the method of literature analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method, comparative analysis method and case study research methods, through field investigation, understand that the current Lulong County Rural Pension are mainly family pension institutions, pension, social pension and old-age home four modes; then, through analyzing the present situation of Lulong County Rural Endowment pattern analysis of five major problems existing in the current Lulong County Rural Endowment pattern; finally, put forward four suggestions for improving the rural endowment insurance mode according to the actual situation in rural areas of Lulong County, put forward the development of home care model at the same time, the innovative home care market and specialization, and pay attention to the spiritual endowment.
