特朗普时期的中美关系评析

【摘要】：2017年1月特朗普政府执政以来,在中美双方的共同努力下,尤其是两国元首会晤后,中美关系的发展进入了一个新的时期。未来中美关系的发展形态,与特朗普的国际观、当前国际体系的演化以及中美关系互动等要素密切相关。鉴于中美关系的敏感性、复杂性与重要性相互交织的特点,两国需从宏观定位、实践推进与思维转变三个方面,推进与保障双边关系的有序发展。可以预见,中美竞合型关系不会出现根本性变化,并呈现出层次性分布的特点:贸易领域竞争有限升级、安全领域竞争总体可控、价值观领域博弈趋于缓和、国际议题合作继续探索。
[Abstract]:Since January 2017 the Trump administration, in the joint efforts of both sides, especially after a meeting between the two heads of state, the development of Sino US relations have entered a new period of development. The future of Sino US relations, and Trump's international outlook, the evolution of the current international system and interactive Sino US relations is closely related to such factors. In view of the sensitivity of the Sino US relations the complexity and importance of the intertwining of the two countries need from the macro orientation, practice and thinking from three aspects, in order to promote the development of bilateral relations and security. Predictably, bilateral relations will not be competitive with fundamental changes, and presents the characteristics of multi-level distribution: trade competition limited upgrade competition the overall control of the security field, the values of the field of game is easing, international issues continue to explore cooperation.
