论印度在中国“一带一路”区域合作倡议下的战略困境——以“边缘人”为理论基础

【摘要】：作为全球排名前两位的人口大国和重要的新兴经济体,中国和印度在经贸方面有着巨大的互补性以及良好的合作基础,尤其是在"一带一路"区域合作方面拥有巨大的潜力。但是由于印度对中国表现出了怀疑和不信任的态度,导致了两国在各个层面的交流与合作磕磕绊绊,这种现象尤其在区域合作层面最为明显。在这个以和平与发展为主题,以区域合作为趋势的时代背景下,印度把中国作为竞争对手和潜在威胁的政治思维方式是不成熟和不可取的。文章采用了文献研究的方式,以"边缘人"理论为基础,分析了印度对于中国"一带一路"区域合作倡议持怀疑和否定的态度是否使其陷入,以及如何陷入"边缘人"的战略困境的,并在此基础上提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:As the two most populous countries and important emerging economies in the world, China and India have a great complementarity and a good foundation of cooperation in economic and trade fields. In particular, there is great potential for regional cooperation in Belt and Road. However, because of India's scepticism and distrust of China, the exchanges and cooperation between the two countries at all levels have been stumbling. This phenomenon is most evident, especially at the level of regional cooperation, in the context of an era in which peace and development are the theme and regional cooperation is the trend. India's political thinking of China as a competitor and a potential threat is premature and undesirable. This paper analyzes whether India's sceptical and negative attitude towards China's "Belt and Road" regional cooperation initiative has caused it to fall into, and how to fall into the strategic dilemma of "marginalized people", and puts forward some relevant suggestions on this basis.
