当代夏威夷民族主义及其政治运动探析

【摘要】：要理解现代意义下的民族,必须从现代性的角度出发。当代意义下的民族不仅是个具有共同文化或血缘种族背景的人们共同体,还与国家、政府、主权、法律等现代政治密切相关。特别是法律与民族认同间是否也存在密切关系,法律是否开创了认同,而认同也亦常体现于法律。本文以当代夏威夷的民族主义政治运动为例,试从历史与人类学观点分析当地"公民民族主义"与"族裔民族主义"之生成及其相关政治运动,并探讨其与不同时期法律之间的关系。
[Abstract]:In order to understand a nation in the modern sense, one must proceed from the perspective of modernity. A nation in the contemporary sense is not only a community of people with a common cultural or consanguineous ethnic background, but also a community of nations, governments, sovereignty, Law and other modern politics are closely related. In particular, whether there is a close relationship between law and national identity, whether the law has created identity, and identity is often reflected in the law. This article takes the contemporary Hawaiian nationalist political movement as an example. From the point of view of history and anthropology, this paper analyzes the formation of local "civil nationalism" and "ethnic nationalism" and their political movements, and probes into the relationship between them and the laws of different periods.
