共享发展:当代发展伦理的中国表达

【摘要】：共享发展理念作为分享意识、公共精神和人之类性的现代体现,与发展伦理学的价值立场相一致。在转型中国的背景下,共享发展是对当下发展的伦理困境——单向度发展、透支式发展与数量式发展的理性反思与现实选择,也是基于现代性问题的中国表达,是建成中国特色社会主义的前瞻性思考。共享发展理念包含三个方面的价值规定:提升发展主体的共建能力、确立发展成果的共享制度和实现共同善的价值追求。在"四个全面"战略布局下,共享发展理念的实现要以这三个价值规定为内生动力,围绕与创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展等理念之间的互动关系渐进展开,从而为当代中国的转型发展提供思路。
[Abstract]:The concept of shared development, as a modern embodiment of sharing consciousness, public spirit and human nature, is consistent with the value stand of development ethics. The rational reflection and realistic choice of overdraft development and quantitative development are also based on the Chinese expression of modernity. The concept of shared development contains three aspects of value provisions: enhancing the co-construction ability of the main body of development. Establishing a shared system of development results and pursuing the value of common good. Under the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, the realization of the shared development concept should take these three value provisions as the endogenous motive force, revolve around and innovate the development, coordinate the development. The interactive relationship between the concepts of green development, open development and so on gradually unfolds, thus provides the train of thought for the transformation and development of contemporary China.
