【摘要】：在中国特色社会主义建设历程中,以邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛和习近平为代表的中国共产党人,根据各个历史时期的使命任务和国情特点,对如何实现发展中的公平进行了持续深入的探索,从而形成了中国特色社会主义的公平思想。这是一个开放的、与时俱进的思想,因此理论工作者有责任密切追踪其发展步伐,结合深化改革的时代特点不断进行历史梳理和科学概括。本文即以中国特色社会主义公平思想为研究主题。根据这一研究主题的特点,论文采取了理论与实践相结合的研究方法：从社会存在决定社会意识、社会意识能动作用于社会存在的唯物史观基本原理出发,阐述当代中国改革开放伟大实践与中国共产党人公平思想形成发展的互动关系。采取了社会调查与归纳总结相结合的研究方法：收集当前中国共产党维护公平有关工作的各种理论资料,进行分析、梳理和归纳,提炼出相关理论成果。采取了纵向分析与横向分析相结合的研究方法：将以毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛、习近平为代表的中国共产党人的公平思想贯通起来进行纵向分析,对社会主义市场经济、民主政治、先进文化、和谐社会、生态文明建设中的公平思想进行横向分析。论文系统研究了中国特色社会主义公平思想的基本范畴、理论基础、现实基础、内容体系、发展历程、时代意义等等。主要观点包括：一是中国特色社会主义公平思想是马克思主义公平思想在中国改革开放新时期的崭新形态,同时又吸收借鉴了中国传统公平思想和西方公平思想中的有益成分,是一个海纳百川而又有的放矢的既开放、又收敛的理论体系。二是中国特色社会主义公平思想植根于深厚的现实基础,这一基础包括国情状况、制度特点、经济运行、执政实践、人民诉求、公平缺失问题等等；造成各种公平问题凸显的主要原因包括经济建设方面的原因、政治建设方面的原因、文化建设方面的原因、社会建设方面的原因、生态建设方面的原因等等。三是以经济—政治—文化—社会—生态五位一体建设为宏观框架,可以将中国特色社会主义公平思想概括为经济公平观、政治公平观、文化公平观、社会公平观、生态公平观,以及各个公平思想维度的实践对策。四是邓小平公平思想、江泽民公平思想、胡锦涛公平思想和习近平公平思想构成了中国特色社会主义公平思想的四个主要发展阶段,各阶段具有特殊的思想内涵和实践背景,同时又贯穿着人民性、民族性和发展性的总体特质。五是中国特色社会主义公平思想具有重大而深远的时代意义,它是对马克思主义公平思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系的时代性充实,为中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现提供着不可或缺的保障,对当代世界文明发展具有独特的贡献。
[Abstract]:In the course of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, the Chinese Communists, represented by Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and Hu Jintao, according to the mission tasks and characteristics of the national conditions of each historical period, This paper explores how to realize the fairness in development and forms the fair thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This is an open and progressive idea, so it is the duty of the theorists to closely follow the pace of its development. According to the characteristics of the times of deepening the reform, this paper makes a historical combing and scientific summarization. This paper takes the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the research theme, and according to the characteristics of this research theme, The thesis adopts the research method of combining theory with practice: proceeding from the basic principle of historical materialism that social existence determines social consciousness and social consciousness acts on social existence. This paper expounds the interactive relationship between the great practice of reform and opening up in contemporary China and the formation and development of the fair thought of the Chinese Communists. At the same time, it absorbs and draws on the beneficial elements of the Chinese traditional fair thought and the western fair thought, which is both open and purposeful. Second, the fair thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics is rooted in the profound realistic foundation, which includes the condition of national conditions, the characteristics of the system, the economic operation, the governing practice, the appeal of the people, the lack of fairness and so on. The main reasons for all kinds of equity problems include economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, and social construction.
