奥巴马政府核安全外交的特点及未来走势

【摘要】：当今世界,国际核安全形势复杂而严峻,核扩散风险、核恐怖主义威胁和全球核电发展带来的诸多安全挑战,已成为全球治理的重要课题,需要中美等大国协调应对,解决核安全管什么、谁来管和怎么管的现实问题。习近平主席在总体国家安全观中把核安全列为中国国家安全的重要领域之一,并在2014年海牙核峰会上全面阐述了中国的核安全观,明确了未来国际核安全合作的方向。值此2016年核峰会在美国华盛顿召开之际,《现代国际关系》编辑部组织有关专家学者多角度探讨国际核安全问题,以期有助于对该问题的深层思考。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the international nuclear security situation is complex and grim. The risks of nuclear proliferation, the threat of nuclear terrorism and the many security challenges brought about by the development of global nuclear power have become important issues of global governance, and need to be coordinated by China and the United States. To solve the practical problems of what, who and how to manage nuclear safety. President Xi Jinping listed nuclear safety as one of the important areas of China's national security in his overall national security concept. And at the nuclear summit in the Hague on 2014, he comprehensively elaborated on China's nuclear security concept. On the occasion of the nuclear summit held in Washington on 2016, the editorial department of Modern International Relations organized relevant experts and scholars to discuss international nuclear safety from various angles.
