【摘要】：近年来,随着我国推进落实环境保护和生态民生建设工作,社会整体环保意识得到提升,为广大人民群众提供了一个和谐、幸福、健康、文明的生存环境。将生态民生建设置于突出位置,需要持续优化"五位一体"总体布局,并从顶层设计方面着眼,建立健全制度保障和支撑体系。
