志愿助残服务激励机制研究

【摘要】：我国目前在志愿助残服务激励机制方面尚未建立相应的法律制度,从而在一定程度上影响了志愿助残事业的发展。借鉴其他国家的相关制度,我国可以通过直接资助与间接资助相结合的方式,由政府为志愿助残组织提供资金帮助,为志愿者个人提供物质扶持、精神鼓励及特别保护,以此建立和完善志愿助残服务激励机制,从而推动我国志愿助残服务乃至整个志愿者服务事业的发展壮大。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has not established the corresponding legal system in the aspect of the incentive mechanism of voluntary disabled service, which to some extent has affected the development of the cause of voluntary assistance for the disabled. Through the combination of direct and indirect funding, the government can provide financial assistance to volunteer organizations and provide individual volunteers with material support, spiritual encouragement and special protection. So as to establish and perfect the incentive mechanism of voluntary disability service, and promote the development of China's voluntary disabled service and even the whole volunteer service.
