民营养老机构融资难破解

【摘要】：融资难已成为制约我国民营养老机构发展的主要障碍,根本原因在于养老服务的公益性导致其盈利能力不足,无法满足资本的逐利性。政府应该从制度层面承认民营养老机构的公益性,保证民营养老机构投资者的合法权益,满足其投资者逐利性的要求。
[Abstract]:The difficulty of financing has become a major obstacle to the development of private pension institutions in China. The fundamental reason is that the public welfare of pension services leads to the lack of profitability. The government should recognize the public welfare of the private pension institutions from the system level, guarantee the legal rights and interests of the private pension institutional investors, and meet the requirements of the investors.
