【摘要】：中共十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央深刻分析我国改革开放取得巨大成就的原因,准确把握国际国内两个大局,做出中国国情"三个没有变"的科学判断,充分肯定党在社会主义初级阶段基本路线的重要地位,将党的基本路线提升为党和国家的生命线、人民的幸福线,确定了坚持党的基本路线"不动摇"、"不偏离"、"不偏废"的"三不"原则,赋予党的基本路线新的时代内涵,在为什么要坚持、怎样坚持党的基本路线上做出了新贡献。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th CPC Congress, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has profoundly analyzed the reasons for China's tremendous achievements in reform and opening up, accurately grasped the two overall situations at home and abroad, and made a scientific judgment on the "three unchanged" national conditions in China. Fully affirming the important position of the Party's basic line in the primary stage of socialism, and elevating the party's basic line to the lifeline of the party and the state and the people's happiness line. The "three noes" principle of adhering to the Party's basic line "unswerving", "not deviating from" and "not biased toward abolition" has given the Party a new connotation of the times, and has made new contributions in why and how to adhere to the Party's basic line.
