农村“留守老人”养老服务的地方实践及启示——以成都市为例

【摘要】：随着城市化的推进与人口老龄化的加剧,农村"留守老人"的养老问题日益突出。本文以老龄化程度较高的四川省成都市为例,分析了成都市农村"留守老人"的养老总体需求与面临的主要问题,提出应该从多方加大投入、建立健全农村养老服务组织、构建农村养老服务体系、推动社会参与等方面加强农村"留守老人"养老服务建设。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization and the aggravation of population aging, the problem of "the elderly left behind" in rural areas is becoming increasingly prominent. This paper takes Chengdu, Sichuan Province with a high degree of aging, as an example. This paper analyzes on the overall demand and main problems of the aged for the aged in the rural areas of Chengdu, and puts forward that the rural old-age service organizations should be established and perfected, and the rural old-age service system should be constructed. Promote social participation and other aspects to strengthen rural "left-behind elderly" old-age service construction.
