中国式协商民主的形成发展研究

【摘要】：随着政治多极化、经济全球化、文化多元化的发展，我国民主政治建设的进程也提高到了一个新的历史发展阶段，应时代而生，中国式协商民主制度成为我国民主政治建设的一个重要组成部分。充分认识协商民主的内涵、构成要素，了解中国式协商民主理论及时代价值，知晓当前中国式协商民主发展过程中存在的问题及其原因，探寻中国式协商民主的价值取向及现实选择、寻找完善中国式协商民主的最佳路径和实现形式，对于建构中国特色社会主义民主，完善社会主义民主政治制度，对于全面建成小康社会，实现中华民族的伟大复兴，提升我国的国际地位，打造世界民主强国具有重要的历史意义。本文采用了历史与逻辑相统一、文献研究法以及理论与实际相结合的方法，坚持以马克思主义理论为指导，结合中国实际，将民主、协商、马克思主义民主理论、中国式协商民主和西方协商民主等理论有机结合起来，分析中国协商民主的内涵、构成要素，中国式协商民主理论及当代价值，当前中国式协商民主发展中存在的问题及原因，价值取向以及现实选择等问题有机整合起来，进行全面的分析和论述，同时将西方协商民主理论与中国具体实际相结合，，以推进中国特色协商民主理论进一步发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of political multipolarization, economic globalization and cultural pluralism, the process of building democracy and politics in our country has also been raised to a new historical development stage. The Chinese-style consultative democracy system has become an important part of the construction of democratic politics in China. We should fully understand the connotation and elements of deliberative democracy, and understand the theory of Chinese-style deliberative democracy and the value of the times. Aware of the existing problems and their causes in the current development of Chinese deliberative democracy, exploring the value orientation and realistic choice of Chinese-style deliberative democracy, and seeking the best path and realization form to perfect the Chinese-style deliberative democracy, For the construction of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics, the improvement of socialist democratic political system, the building of a well-off society in an all-round way, the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and the promotion of our country's international status, It is of great historical significance to build a democratic power in the world. This paper adopts the method of unifying history and logic, the method of literature research and the combination of theory and practice, and adheres to the guidance of Marxist theory and combines the reality of China with democracy. Consultation, Marxist democratic theory, Chinese-style deliberative democracy and western deliberative democracy are organically combined to analyze the connotation and elements of China's deliberative democracy, the theory of Chinese-style deliberative democracy and its contemporary value. At present, the problems and reasons, value orientation and realistic choice in the development of Chinese deliberative democracy are organically integrated and comprehensively analyzed and discussed. At the same time, the western theory of deliberative democracy is combined with the concrete reality of China. To further develop the theory of consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics.
