保障房社区居民社区依恋感测度

【摘要】：从居民的主观感知出发,测度了武汉市保障房社区居民的社区依恋感,在三个层面探讨了居民社区依恋的影响因素,并重点对比了两类社区居民的社区依恋强度及其动因。结果显示,武汉市保障房社区居民对社区有较强的依恋感,且经济适用房社区居民比公租房社区居民表现出更强的社区依恋;就其动因而言,社区社会环境因素的影响最大,社会安全和秩序对公租房社区居民的影响最显著,而社区交往和支持对经济适用房社区居民的影响更突出,社区物质环境的影响次之;经济适用房社区居民的社区依恋感受居住条件、生活条件和教育环境的影响明显,而生活条件、交通条件和就业环境对公租房社区居民的社区依恋感影响更强;在个体特征层面,仅年龄和婚姻状况两项因素与经济适用房社区居民的社区依恋有较为紧密的联系。
[Abstract]:Based on the subjective perception of residents, this paper measures the community attachment of indemnificatory apartment community residents in Wuhan, and probes into the influencing factors of community attachment in three levels. The results show that the community residents of indemnificatory apartment in Wuhan have a strong attachment to the community. Comfortable housing community residents showed stronger community attachment than public rental housing community residents, and the social environmental factors of the community had the greatest influence, and social security and order had the most significant impact on the public rental housing community residents. The influence of community communication and support on comfortable housing community residents is more prominent, and the influence of community material environment is the second. The community attachment and feeling of living conditions, living conditions and educational environment of community residents have obvious effects. However, the living conditions, traffic conditions and employment environment have more influence on the community attachment of the residents of the public rental housing community. Only two factors, age and marital status, are closely related to the community attachment of comfortable housing community residents.
