十八大以来中国社会建设的新思路、新成就

【摘要】：在新的发展理念指导下,社会建设和经济建设同等重要,只有这样才能弥补社会建设的短板,顺利实现经济和社会的真正协调发展。社会建设不仅有特定的范畴,而且有特殊的规律。党的十八大报告指出,"加强社会建设,是社会和谐稳定的重要保证。必须从维护最广大人民根本利益的高度,加快健全基本公共服务体系,加强和创新社会管理,推动社会主义和谐社会建设",由此完成了社会建设双核驱动、双向互动的新布局。本文以十八大以来习近平总书记系列讲话精神为依据,以党中央和国务院的文件为根据,以经济社会实际发展为论据,全面回顾了这五年间我国社会建设七大领域取得的重要成就,并对未来的社会建设进行展望。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the new concept of development, social construction and economic construction are equally important. Only in this way can we make up for the shortcomings of social construction and smoothly realize the real coordinated development of economy and society. Moreover, there are special laws. The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that "strengthening social construction is an important guarantee of social harmony and stability. We must speed up the improvement of the basic public service system from the height of safeguarding the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people." Strengthening and innovating social management and promoting the construction of a harmonious socialist society ", thus completing the new layout of dual nuclear driving and two-way interaction in social construction. This article is based on the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches since the 18th National Congress. On the basis of the documents of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and on the basis of the actual economic and social development, this paper comprehensively reviews the important achievements made in the seven major fields of social construction in China during the past five years, and looks forward to the future social construction.
