青年群体公平正义问题及其维护机制研究

【摘要】：经济发展的不均衡性以及层出不穷的社会矛盾使得当代青年的公平正义诉求受到了严重的挑战,也引发了越来越多的社会事件,影响了社会的安全与稳定。无论从历时性还是共时性的角度,解决并维护青年群体的公平正义问题不仅要重视机会公平、规则公平和权利公平,还要在全社会形成机会公平机制、社会援助机制、法律控制机制、政府问责机制和救济保障机制。只有在国家相关政策和制度的引导下,全社会范围内形成广泛共识,关注青年不断变化发展的公平正义观,重视青年政策制定的必要性,转变教育和管理理念,切实解决青年群体的问题和诉求,促使青年身心健康发展,实现青年群体的基本权利与公平正义,才能有效促进社会稳定进步和国家繁荣昌盛。
[Abstract]:The imbalance of economic development and the endless social contradictions have seriously challenged the demands of the contemporary youth for fairness and justice, and caused more and more social events. Affecting the security and stability of society. Whether from a diachronic or a synchronic point of view, the issue of equity and justice for youth groups should be resolved and maintained with emphasis not only on equity of opportunity, fairness of rules and equity of rights, It is also necessary to form an opportunity equity mechanism, a social assistance mechanism, a legal control mechanism, a government accountability mechanism and a relief guarantee mechanism in the whole society. Only under the guidance of the relevant policies and systems of the state, a broad consensus is formed within the whole society. Paying attention to the changing concept of equity and justice of youth, emphasizing the necessity of youth policy formulation, changing the concept of education and management, effectively solving the problems and demands of youth groups, and promoting the development of young people's physical and mental health, Only by realizing the basic rights and fairness and justice of the youth group can we effectively promote social stability, progress and national prosperity.
