协商民主研究在中国:现状、向度与展望——基于CSSCI的文献计量分析

【摘要】：协商民主已成为国内学界的热点议题之一,相关领域的研究已取得丰硕成果。尤其是党的十八大之后,国内学者对协商民主的理论与实践研究给予了越来越多的本土化阐释。当前国内协商民主研究可概括为两个向度,即作为概念架构的理论工具、作为顶层设计的制度工具、作为治理范式的实践工具的工具向度,以及体现其政治价值与社会价值的价值向度。基于对协商民主研究在中国的现状与向度的剖析,我们在对既有研究成果表示肯定的同时,还应注意到该领域的研究存在视角错位、方法单一的问题,应从完善理论体系与丰富研究方法等方面加以改善。
[Abstract]:Deliberative democracy has become one of the hot topics in domestic academia, research has achieved fruitful results. Especially after the party's eighteen, domestic scholars pay more and more to explain the localization of deliberative democracy theory and practice research. The current research of domestic deliberative democracy can be divided into two dimensions, namely, as a theoretical tool the concept of architecture, system tools as a top-level design, as a governance tool to practice, and reflect its political value and social value. On the basis of the research on the value orientation of deliberative democracy is in Chinese and dimension analysis, we in the existing research results affirmed at the same time, also attention should be paid to the research in this field are from the perspective of dislocation, methods are simple, we should perfect the theoretical system and enrich the research methods and other aspects to be improved.
