【摘要】：顺应和平、发展、合作的世界潮流,"人类命运共同体"理念应运而生。它是一种新型的国际发展观,科学解答了"中国想要建设什么样世界"的时代课题,给出了21世纪全球治理的"中国方略"。其外交地位突出,主体对象指向明确、层级分明,内涵丰富,体系完整,成为把脉中国治国理政不可或缺的新钥匙。"人类命运共同体"的提出绝非耦合为之,中国优秀传统文化、中外传统友谊交好和现代和平外交经验,为其夯实了深厚的历史文化根基、坚实的历史共识根基和稳固的历史政策根基。在当今时代,全球性问题、各国利益发展问题、西方价值失序问题、中国崛起重塑话语问题,促使"人类命运共同体"的倡导构建具备了现实需求基础上的必然性。
[Abstract]:Following the world trend of peace, development and cooperation, the concept of "human destiny community" emerges as the times require. It is a new type of international development concept, which scientifically answers the issue of "what kind of world China wants to build". The "China strategy" of global governance in the 21st century is given. Its diplomatic status is prominent, the subject object is clear, the hierarchy is clear, the connotation is rich, and the system is complete. It has become an indispensable new key to China's governance and administration. The proposal of the "Community of Human Destiny" is by no means coupled. China's excellent traditional culture, traditional friendship between China and foreign countries, and the experience of modern peaceful diplomacy, It has laid a solid historical and cultural foundation, a solid historical consensus foundation and a solid historical policy foundation. In today's era, global issues, the development of national interests, the disordering of Western values, the rise of China and the reshaping of discourse, It is necessary to promote the construction of the Community of Human Destiny on the basis of realistic needs.
