当代中国社会语境中“以人为本”观念史考察

【摘要】：对思想政治教育具有历史性变革的理念进行观念史的考察,是提升其学科之科学性品质的必要工作。在当代中国社会语境中考察"以人为本"观念,它的历史演进逻辑是:由借鉴西方企业"以人为本"管理理念而登陆中国,由行业管理理念而进入社会管理场域,随后上升为党和国家对公民道德建设乃至思想政治工作的顶层设计,成为一种全新的社会文化理念而受到人们的普遍关注。与此同时,"以人为本"也成为现代思想政治教育的新理念而得到充分研究与践行。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to study the concept of the historic change of ideological and political education . It is necessary to improve the scientific quality of the subject . In the contemporary Chinese social context , the concept of " people - oriented " is examined , and its historical evolution logic is to enter China from the concept of " human - oriented " management in the western enterprise , and then to the top level design of the Party and the state for the construction of civil morality and ideological and political work , and become a brand - new idea of social culture . At the same time , " people - oriented " is also the new idea of modern ideological and political education .
