中国特色社会主义国家治理的特色与优势

【摘要】：国家治理观内含国家为何治理、治理什么、如何治理等一系列重大范畴。较之西方国家的国家治理,中国特色社会主义国家治理在其所依凭的制度基础、治理领域、治理机制以及治理目标等方面存在显著特色与优势。正确把握这种特色与优势,对于推进中国国家治理现代化具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。这既是全面准确理解党的十八大以来习近平治国理政思想的重要内容,也是深入把握"四个全面"战略布局的重要前提。
[Abstract]:The concept of state governance contains a series of important categories, such as why the country governs, what to govern and how to govern.Compared with the national governance of western countries, the governance of socialist country with Chinese characteristics has remarkable characteristics and advantages in terms of its institutional basis, governance field, governance mechanism and governance objectives.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to correctly grasp the characteristics and advantages for promoting the modernization of national governance in China.This is not only the important content of Xi Jinping's thought of governing and managing politics since the 18th National Congress of the Party, but also the important premise of deeply grasping the strategic layout of "four all-round".
